Metal packaging is one of the most sustainable and recycled packaging mediums available today, as well as being the most trusted medium for Infant Formula Nutrition. As one of our valued clients, OneStaff are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Jamestong for an HR Advisor based in Hastings, Hawkes Bay. This is a 12-14 month maternity leave cover contract.

There has been a good foundation set with a strong HR plan in place and objectives for next year agreed, so we are looking for someone capable of continuing to move that plan forward. This role will also have a focus on training and training plan development, employment relations and recruitment. It is a hands-on role that requires someone who is comfortable doing a balance of operations and administrative HR tasks.

The ideal applicant for this role will be a qualified HR professional with at least 2 years of practical experience (ideally in a production environment, although not essential). We are looking for someone personable who can communicate and engage with other team members to ensure the culture at Jamestrong ANZ is kept positive and collaborative. Other attributes the successful candidate will be possess will be their positivity, unquestionable integrity, a passion for problem solving and an outgoing and friendly personality.
