About the Role

Contract role based on the North Shore, working for a prominent organisation during an integration project.

This is a six month contract supporting the infrastructure team with helpdesk support during a particularly busy time.

You will have

  • Solid helpdesk or call centre experience
  • Strong technical skills across MS operating systems
  • Proven ability to develop and adhere to systems and processes
  • E xcellent written and verbal communication skills
