We have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced heavy diesel mechanic to join our well-established client's team in Hamilton.

The ideal candidate will be someone that is a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, have good time management skills and a strong work ethic.

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Proven experience in this field
• Relevant references
• Relevant qualifications or certificates
• Sound understanding of mechanical techniques, methods and diagnosis
• Competent using all electrical and manual hand/power tools
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
• Good communication skills
• Good physical condition and endurance
• Flexibility with start/finish times and ability to work overtime
• Current licence
