Our client is an exciting and growing start up organisation within the digital space and are looking for an experienced and successful Sales Manager to join their growing team.

The role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise sales as well as increase market share
  • Actively lead a growing team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Oversee the development of the sales team
  • Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business relationships
  • Manage staff and sales expenditure budgets
  • Monitor and report on all sales activities, KPI's and forecasting

The succcessful candidate:

  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that achieve tangible results
  • Industry experience in digital/media/advertising/technology is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a sales team to achieve goals and KPI's, including developing and mentoring team members
  • Excellent skills in liaison, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • B2B experience and solid commercial background
  • Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients through confidence and trust
  • Immaculately presented and with a stylish edge to align with the companies brand
  • Engaging and charismatic nature
  • NZ Resident or Citizen
