To be considered for this role you must have lead teams and have strong product management/ownership experience across a portfolio of products in order to apply the rigour of structure, process, strategy and vision that is required for this role. You will of course need a background in digital operations and working across web and app platforms and we are keen to hear about the seriously great products you have developed.
Your well-developed communication and relationship buildings skills will of course be paramount in this role in order to not only collaborate with your senior partners in the business but to bring everyone on the journey with you and your team. A well-rounded understanding and experience working within large and complex organisations and with CX/UX and working within an Agile environment will also be paramount.
