This role is based in South Auckland. You will be working as part of the Environmental Compliance Team on the Landfill site and will be working outdoors most of the time.

Tasks

• Mowing - operating a ride on & tractor ( 30+ hectares )
• General site maintenance
• Fence repair
• Gardening
• Irrigation System - repairing leaks in pipes and fittings,
• Irrigation System - operation, turning valves to open system at certain times
• Taking filed samples fro compliance team - gathering data, daily monitoring of results to alert the team of changes operating class 1 vehicle

  Required Attributes

  • Must have Full Class 1 License
  • No Theft or MAF charges
  • Physically fit
  • Great work attitude
  • Good writtena and verbal communication
  • H&S awareness and focus
  • Good time management skills
  • Pro- active problem solving ability
  • Strong data recording skills
