The right candidate must have:

  • Business Administration or Marketing relevant Qualification (Strongly Desired)
  • Previous customer services experience
  • Preferably contact centre exposure
  • Experience working to targets and KPI’s
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technologically savvy
  • Ability to work with pace
  • Attention to detail
  • NZ Citizenship or Residency

The role entails:

  • Handling all inbound phone calls from existing and prospective customers
  • Active listening and questioning to determine best course of action
  • Case management of queries including call backs
  • Transaction processing and database updates
  • Customer retention and positive influencing
