We have a superb opportunity to join a reputable and successful financial services organisation in an entry level role where the sky is the limit! We are looking for experienced Graduate who enjoys insurance roles and is all about providing extraordinary Customer Service.

You will be a part of the Financial Administration & Insurance team and the first point of contact for all administrative and financial product and service queries.

The right candidate must have:

  • Business Administration or Financial Qualification (Strongly Desired)
  • Previous customer services experience
  • Preferably contact centre exposure
  • Experience working to targets and KPI’s
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technologically savvy
  • Ability to work with pace
  • Attention to detail

The role entails:

  • Handling all inbound phone calls from existing and prospective customers
  • Active listening and questioning to determine best course of action
  • Providing general advice on financial products and transfer to specialists
  • Case management of queries including call backs
  • Transaction processing and database updates
  • Customer retention and positive influencing
