This organisation is going through rapid transformation, and as a result they’re looking for an experienced, outcome focussed individual to join their Risk and Investigations team to take ownership of the Governance and Reporting role.

This role really has it all – Board and Executive reporting; presentation and training facilitation; management of the ERM system, and the opportunity to influence and deliver on strategy; – all while taking ownership of the risk governance frameworks and processes for this leading health insurance provider.

In this role you’ll have exposure to the Board and Executive, Industry regulators, as well as building effective relationships with all leaders throughout the organisation. You’ll be tasked with taking the lead on communicating and building awareness of policies, and conduct/risk behaviours – so it goes without saying that you’ll have exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build effective relationships.

Your knack for digesting and distilling complex information and transforming it into relevant reporting to allow the business to make informed decisions will be invaluable – you will really have the opportunity to shine in this area.
