The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

* Experience in glazing, residential construction and / or aluminium
* Strong health and safety focus
* High levels of attention to detail
* Good level of physical fitness
* Current NZ driver's license
* Problem solving abilities
* Ability to think on your feet and prioritize your work
* Great communication skills
