The opportunity!

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this is a hands-on role working in a team to ensure safe, efficient and effective operations of various plant equipment. Working hours are 2:00pm to 10.30pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Glass processing
  • Safe manual handling of glass
  • Loading and unloading methods
  • Adhering to production targets
  • Participating and contributing to site safety

    Skills & Qualifications

    To be considered for this role you will be known for your willingness to learn and be motivated by achieving a zero-harm environment. You will enjoy working in a team and achieving operational targets. Ideally you will have a mechanical aptitude and;

    • Experience working in a similar position within a fast paced production environment
    • Glass experience preferred but not essential if you have the right attitude and willing to learn
    • Dedicated safety focus
    • Good attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
    • Physical fitness is required as some manual lifting is involved (up to 35 kg)
