Our client is seeking a Functional Tester - QA, for a 6 month contract - please note that this opportunity will be to start from mid-January 2019, therefore the perfect new year opportunity to work for a highly regarded organisation!

Their ideal candidate will have experience working in a dynamic agile environment, be self-motivated with the ability to quickly grasp projects and identify work independently!

In this role as a Functional tester you'll be responsible for the following and be able to showcase your experience in:

• Experience working with product owners and other team members to aggregate business requirements
• Documenting and building functional tests to represent business requirements
• Organising, recording detailed test reports, then providing status reports
• Working closely with project teams through design and test stages
• Logging detailed and accurate defect reports - then through to resolution and closure
• Assisting in identifying and the designing of automated processes for testing efficency and reliability
