As Front Office Administrator you will be first port of call for our customers and workers both via phone and face to face; therefore, you must have a passion for customer service backed by strong administration experience.

It is a varied role that supports the recruitment consultants with candidate registrations, managing compliance paperwork, payroll duties, managing general enquiries, filing, data entry, PPE stock management along with conducting pre-employment checks that include and are not limited to drug screening and background checks. It can be a very fast paced and diverse environment therefore attention to detail, having a calm nature whilst multi-tasking is imperative.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
* have a proven minimum 24 months administration experience
* be well presented and take pride in your work
* have great communication skills both written and verbal with impeccable phone manners
* be competent using MS Office
* have the ability to think on your feet, multi-task and have excellent time management skills
* enjoy working in a vibrant and busy team environment
* be honest, trustworthy, reliable and take ownership in all that you do
* understand the importance of company processes and health and safety in the workplace
