OneStaff are seeking an experienced forklift operator to fill a vacancy for an afternoon shift at a busy precast yard based in Hornby. Our client specialise in the production of precast concrete pipes for infrastructure projects such as drainage and stormwater systems.

This shift will start at 2:00pm and will generally fall between 8 - 10 hours per shift; however, the shift times may be subject to change according to production schedules.

This work will involve physical labouring and general yard duties and a degree of physical fitness is required.

You will need:

• Solid experience operating forklifts and loading trucks
• To provide work references
• Current OSH certification and F endorsement for your NZ drivers license

  Daily tasks will involve:

  • Loading trucks with heavy loads
  • Tying down loads
  • Yard duties

    This will be a temporary assignment expected to go between 2 - 3 months. As the successful candidate you will be registered with our agency and will be offered further assignments as they become available.

    A pre-employment drug test will need to be completed before commencing this assignment.
