Overview:

Requirements: Forklift OSH and endorsement, current First Aider preferred

Start date: Immediate start required

Pay rate: $20.00 per hour

Type of work: Recycling

Environment: Hawera based factory

Hours: 6 am to 2:30 pm, 4 days a week, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday shift.

The Role:

We are looking for experienced forklift operators for an ongoing position with a waste management company, based in Hawera, Taranaki. The role requires separating recyclable materials, operating a baler, and operating a forklift. Although working in a small team onsite, you will be required to move around the factory alone picking up the recycling materials from various departments. Most of the work is labour intensive so a level of fitness will be required.

Successful candidates need to be available for up 12 months, reliable and punctual, as this role is time sensitive. Due to the environment of this role online and site inductions will need to be completed before you start.
