OneStaff is looking for an experienced forklift operator to join a growing company in Onehunga, Auckland. You will be working as part of a small team of 12 and will be required to work alternating shifts from Monday-Friday between the hours of 4.00 AM - 6.30 PM. This company specialises in product recovery and you may be required to work alternate Saturdays during the busy season.

Pay rates are negotiable based on experience.

This role involves the following:

• Forklift operation (experience with rotators would be a bonus)
• A lot of manual labouring involved throughout the day
• Paperwork (Inwards goods documentation)
• Unpacking and heavy lifting
• Machine operation
• Cleaning and general housekeeping
• Cleaning and water blasting bins

  Every day is diverse and there is a requirement for you to help out where needed.

  Requirements:

  • Valid forklift license
  • Proven work experience with operating a hoist (minimum 2 years)
  • Full Driver's Licence - ideal
  • Physically fit and okay with heavy lifting
  • Flexible to work alternating shifts each week
  • Good team player
  • Manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and return a satisfactory criminal convictions check
