We have an exciting role located in Mount Wellington requiring reliable forklift operators to become part of the team. Based in a large distribution centre, this role would involve working in a team to ensure that products are stored, picked, and dispatched properly.

This client is coming up to their peak season and offers all sort of incentives and rewards to those who show great attenance and hard work.

Duties include:

• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Replenishing products in the pickhall.
• Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
• Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
• Operating and managing technical equipment.
• Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving orders to shipping area.

  The candidate will need a current and valid forklift license. Experience using a double-deep forklift would be preferable, but is not mandatory. The ideal candidate would have at least 1year experience in a forklift-predominant role.
  
  Skills required:

  • Warehousing experience, ideally in a distribution facility.
  • Proven experience as a forklift operator.
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced logistics environment.

    There are both afternoon and nightshifts currently available. The standard pay rate is $19.89/hr. To be considered for this role, you will need to successfully complete the Adecco pre-employment process, including a drug test and criminal background check.
