Job description

I am looking for a fleet administrator who can hit the ground running. This is a short term temporary assignment and would suit someone who is experienced and doesn’t need extensive training. The role is based in South Auckland.

If successful in this role, your duties will include:

  • Management of pool vehicle management system
  • Ensuring all queries from vehicle management suppliers are responded to in a timely manner
  • Ensuring parking cards are replaced when needed
  • Ensuring all vehicle maintenance, WOF’s and registrations are up to date.
  • Management of incident reports
  • Management of infringement notices
  • Maintaining log books, parking and fuel cards, car grooming services

The ideal candidate

  • You will have previous fleet administration or coordination experience
  • You need to be able to work autonomously
  • Have a high attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment
