Job description

We are looking for a positive and upbeat individual to join one of our huge nationwide clients in the Te Rapa office. We are looking for someone for the next 2-3 months and could possibly lead to more opportunities for the right candidate.

The job role will involve but not limited to:
* Bundling parcels and sending out courier bags to drivers
(first aid kit, welcome letter, fleet booklets)
* Emailing out infringement notices
* Recording infringement data in the system
* Filing
* Opening mail (NZ Post) - scanning and filing
* Keeping data bases up to date

To be successful for this position you must:
* Have proven admin experience (fleet experience not necessary)
* Have reliable transport
* Be available for Monday - Friday (30+ hours per week)
* Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Be reliable and trustworthy
* Be able to pass pre-employment check (drug test, MOJ check, references)
