Our Palmerston North based client is looking for a Fitter/Turner/Machine Operator to join their busy plant. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the production machinery, quality control and machine changes.

This is a night shift role working a 12-hour shift starting at 5.30pm

Rotating shifts 4-on/4-off.

To be successful you will ideally have the following:

• Fitter/turner experience
• Machine Operation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  This hands-on role would suit someone who is not afraid of hard work and able to work effectively in a team environment.
