My client is a long standing, locally owned and well established engineering firm specialised in the manufacture for machinery that products large scale cold formed for construction projects across the world.

With a solid pipeline of machine builds booked well into 2022 they are looking to add a Mechanical Engineer into the manufacturing team.

The core of your role is build around the build, commissioning and servicing of their state of the art roll-forming equipment.

Some duties include:

* Pre commissioning inspection
* Work to build times & Standards
* Maintain production machinery
* Monitor build costs & suggest improvement
* Assist in the development of maintenance and production team & processes.


What you need?

* 5 + years experience as a Fitter / Turner or Mechanical Engineer
* Electro - Mechanical understanding
* Hydraulic Systems knowledge would be an advantage
* Ability to develop and prepare documentation
* Be able to communication and liaise across all levels of the business, suppliers & client base.
* Have an excellent sense of humour! This is an absolute must! This company is F U N
