Finish Department Assembler

Job description
Our Client is looking for an Assembler for their finishing department.
This role is based in Tauranga and will be an immediate start.
Ideally you will come from a Panel Beating, Upholstery, Cabinetmaking or Carpentry background, as this role will be directly responsible for the day to day manufacturing of the final finishes and assembly of heavy vehicles. You will be expected to ensure Production tasks are carried out on time and to a satisfactory standard.
The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions, read and interpret drawings and perform assembly tasks accordingly. You will be able to operate hand-tools and machinery and know which tools, materials, parts and fixing will be required for each assembly.
