The Company
My client is an innovative and forward-thinking software company. Headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand, they have offices across the globe, servicing customers in over 30 countries worldwide. Due to the continued growth of the organisation, they are looking to employ a new Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst.
The Role
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the FP&A Analyst will be responsible for;
• Assisting with the accurate and timely production of financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting
• Analysis of commercial and operational performance, including the preparation of management reports
• Supporting the business by developing financial understanding, to drive effective decision making
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvements and efficiencies within financial processes
About You
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• A relevant degree in Accounting or Finance
• Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work either collaboratively with the team or autonomously, when required
