Finance and Performance plays an integral role with this large complex commercial organisation, helping ensure the organisation has a strong understanding of their performance (both financial and non-financial) and utilises that information to make informed decisions.

The Performance Team delivers the direct management and consolidation across the organisation, of the budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as delivering regular financial and businessPerformance insightful analysis and reporting. This is undertaken in partnership with the other teams in FPP&A to lead the delivery of unbiased, data driven future focused advice and solutions to support current and future delivery of its strategy.

The Analyst provides expert counsel, support, advice and challenge to Business Managers, in partnership with the relevant F&P Business Partner, that adds value into management decision making and drives improved performance. The position has the responsibility for providing high quality information, monitoring and reporting business targets and tracking performance including the cost of services and products delivered.
