The Client

My Client is a large international technology organisation with operations in New Zealand. Due to a Senior Finance leader moving on from the organisation, an immediate need for a highly competent financial leader is required in the interim.

The Role

You will be a an experienced contractor with extensive experience steading the finance function during a state of flux. This role is all about getting the basics right and ensuring compliance and reporting requirements are seamlessly met. The role includes oversight of Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and GAAP, group consolidation and board reporting, treasury and returns.

You

You will be CA qualified with a number of years experience managing a technical accounting function. Ideally you will be a seasoned contractor with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage key stakeholders and other key personel. You will have exceptional accounting skills and the ability to work with financial systems, ideally Dynamics, although this is not essential.
