The Company

My client is a manufacturing and logistics organisation. They have the scale and size for the right person to be able to add huge value, work on projects and develop strong commercial relationships

The Role

As a business partner your role is to build commercial relationships with operational leaders, provide financial support and leadership across their areas of operation ensuring commercial decisions receive support and risk assessment. The business Partner will take the financial lead on key projects whilst coaching the business and translating financial concepts into plain English. You will also have the ability to negotiate and influence the business to achieve key strategic outcomes.

About you

You will be financially astute with superior communication and relationship building skills. Clearly you will commercially focused with experience in manufacturing. Ideally with a CA Qualification or equivalent.

You will have experience or understandning of:

• Manufacturing
• Product costing
• Relationship management
• Coaching non-financial managers
