Job description

  • CBD location with an immediate start
  • 2-month contract with high chance to extend
  • $50-60 depending on experience

My client is looking for an experienced financial administrator to help their small organisation. You will oversee the financial aspects of the role, covering AP, AR and Payroll – having experience in these is key. If you have the finance experience, there is flexibility for this role to be part time or full time for the right candidate.

Prior experience with office management would also be beneficial as that will be a large part of the role. You will be responsible for all aspects of both the financial accounts and aiding the Executive Director.

Key requirements - finance:

  • Payroll experience (using Greentree and Xero)
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • General ledger

Key requirements - office management:

  • Organise meetings and events
  • Travel management
  • Catering
  • General office administration
