Our busy manufacturing client is looking for a factory administrator. This is a high-stress, high-pressure role where you must be able to deal with customers, management and manufacturing staff to solve problems in an efficient way. You will be responsible for facilitating cross-unit cooperation.

A minimum of two years administration experience is essential to this role. You must be computer competent and confident with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.

This is a full-time role from 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.

###The duties include:
* Completing daily operations data entry and purchase order requirements including resolving issues and reporting in a timely fashion.

* Ensuring physical stock and stock records are perfectly matched, through managing incoming stock, its use on site and its departure from the site.

* To support the Factory team with general administrative duties such as filing including the upkeep of records and Health & Safety minutes.

* This role is responsible for the overall administration and inventory management process, including managing stock takes and their subsequent reconciliation.

* Assist with maintaining and updating health and safety processes including site inductions.

* To work closely with the team to ensure that orders are manufactured in time to meet delivery schedules thereby meeting customers’ expectations and keeping distribution costs under control.

* To provide feedback on production outputs/delays, machine downtimes, manpower and capacity constraints.

###To be successful in this role you need:

* 2 years administration experience

* A high level of computer competency including Microsoft office suite

* Strong communication skills both verbal and written

* Reliable transport

* The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

* 2 x work related references

* An understanding of factory or manufacturing environments would be a bonus.
