Job description

We are looking for an experienced Facilties professional to join this fantastic Auckland based organisation. Working with a highly experienced team, you will be ensuring the management and maintenance of a large portfolio of mixed use premises.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with current BWOF standards
  • Management of maintenance and repair work
  • Administration and financial management
  • Adherence to current H&S legislation
  • General contractor management

About you:

  • 3+ years of Property and Facilities management experience
  • Good knowledge of HVAC and building management systems
  • Solid communication and relationship management skills
  • Highly efficient with great time management
