Façade /Envelope Specialist Site Manager .

Our client is a leading Design and Build Construction company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Facade/External Cladding/Envelope work on a major commercial project to meet time, cost and quality requirements.
• Supervising trades and resources.
• Health and Safety.
• Monitoring and reporting on external façade project status
• Ensure external facade/external works are completed on time, within budget.
• Quality Control.

  Skills and experience required for this role include:

  • Tertiary/Trade Qualifications, façade /externals specialist.
  • 5 years minimum NZ supervisory experience with facades/envelope/external cladding/curtain walling on commercial projects
  • NZ Project experience $20m plus.
  • Able to lead and mentor.
  • Handle pressure effectively.
  • Multi tasker.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT proficient.
