The key parts of the job?? Well, we're looking for someone comfortable with Mig, Tig and Arc welding, cutting, folding and metal finishing, all to a very high standard. Working from engineering drawings, you will have a great eye for detail but you will also have excellent communication skills with the whole team on improvements and potential issues from concept to finish. You'll be someone who takes pride in doing a great job and this pride will serve you well when you see just how much of your work is being used around Wellington and New Zealand.

Obviously, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced person or someone with light fabrication trade qualifications and it should also go without saying that the right person will be able to demonstrate a high level of fabrication skill with attention to accuracy and detail.

With the price of petrol rising quickly, this role is a fantastic opportunity for a locally based person to work close to home but with family friendly hours of 7am till 4pm Monday to Friday. From time to time there will be opportunities to work Saturday mornings and overtime.
