This role is based in Tauranga and is a great opportunity for someone who is experienced as a Welder/Fabricator. We are looking for a superstar candidate with a can-do attitude who can join this growing team and support the day-to-day operations of the business

The successful candidate will:

* Show pride in the quality of your work
* Be reliable with a good work ethic
* Experience in MIG and TIG welding, and fabrication
* Excellent communication skills to engage and interact with other team members, team leaders and managers, across the business
* Experience within a production/manufacturing environment
* Experience and understanding of Lean manufacturing, Theory of Constraints principles (Desirable)
