F & B and Conference Attendant

Our client is looking for a F & B and Conference Attendant to join our team. You must love working with people and have a real passion for customer service.

The successful applicant will need to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve Customers in the Restaurant and Bar
  • Attend to guests promptly and in a professional manner
  • Set up conference rooms and service them
  • Attention to detail - work with check lists and tools created to fulfil tasks
  • Keep all Restaurant/Bar/Kitchen (including dishes) and Conference rooms clean and tidy
  • Check in and understand expected levels of service prior to peak times and events


    • Passion for customer service
    • Strong Organisational skills with attention to detail a must
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
    • Excellent presentation
    • Experience in a similar role in hospitality a must
    • Reliable and Punctual a must!
