Experienced Roofing Labourer

The company:

Our client are a well-known roofing company and contractor who have been operating in the roofing spheres across New Zealand for over 40 years. They cover a wide and diverse range of roofing services in the commercial space including repairs and maintenance, all the way through to roofing design, installation and appraisals. Our client take pride in utilizing the latest roofing technology and completing work to the highest industry standard.

The role:

Our client are looking an experienced roofing labourer with at least 3 years work experience in either residential or commercial roofing. The right candidate will be keen and enthusiastic, and look to join a team of skilled and qualified tradesmen and assist them with their upcoming commercial projects.

  To be the right candidate for the role you will meet the following criteria:

  • Experience in either commercial or residential roofing
  • Fit and able to lift up to 20kg repetitively - no back issues
  • Be teachable and self-directed
  • A full, clean New Zealand driver's license
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Clean criminal history

    Advantageous but non-essential skills:

    • Knowledge in metal and membrane roofing or experience being on a construction site
    • Qualification in roofing
