    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience.
    • You must be hardworking, confident, dynamic, outgoing and must thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment.
    • Have a personality for recognising and selling opportunities to clients, highlighting the services we offer.
    • Strategic thinker and effective problem solver.
    • Actively participate in a positive team environment.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.

      How to be successful at Adecco?

      You will manage the full recruitment process from developing client relationships to attracting top talent. Work closely with clients to understand job briefs and how to approach the market for each role. Oversee the full candidate journey - advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, advising and guiding candidates through the process.
