Our client is a highly respected Meat supplier to highend restaurants and supermarkets across New Zealand. As we enter Summer and Level 1 we need experienced Knife Hands to join our team.
You will be involved in all aspects of the Slaughter floor for Beef or Lamb or both. You will be bonning, filleting, skinning, guttng etc. You will be used to physical work and understand the environment of the slaughter floor.
