Experienced, licensed Digger Operator with a truck class 4 & 5 license

My Client is looking for an Experienced, Licensed Operator to undertake the excavations of garage and house pads in the Greater Waikato Region (Hamilton, Cambridge, Morrinsville).

The role will include excavations, drilling, compacting via a roller, trucking in fill and metal and you must know how to use a laser level. For the right candidate this will lead to a permanent positions.

  Must have:

  • WTR licence
  • Class 4/5 licence an advantage
  • Digger Experience in loading out truck, digging trenches, shifting and loading clay. cut to fill, trimming to level and capable to learning to trim to GPS laser level
  • Be able to drive a transporter and move your own digger independently
  • Safety and quality focuse
  • Punctual and able to work Monday to Friday and half day Saturday if required
  • Two contactable references
  • Environmental adaptability - working inside and outside in all weather conditions, and various locations.
  • PPE provided - Hard hat, hearing and eye protection
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and on-going random screens
  • Must reside in NZ with a valid work visa
