With over 10 years in the Auckland market & 22 + years nationally across our major cities, Our OneStaff team is currently on the hunt for an experienced Client Manager with the ability to grow, develop and manage a busy recruitment desk
Our business focuses on providing recruitment and labour-hire services (temporary, permanent and contractor) to the national industrial sector. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Client Manager or someone with a proven successful history of sales and account management, wanting to take the step in a recruitment career.
This position will focus predominately on the civil construction sectors and as well as driving strong sales results and servicing your existing client base, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced operations team to deliver day to day services.
We require a motivated individual who has excellent relationship building supporting a great team culture and effectively delivering accountable solutions. This role is combining your ability to hunt for opportunities, provide solutions and deliver on promises; all motivated by a passion for helping people.
You'll ideally have a background or previous exposure in the following areas, running a recruitment desk, the construction industry or business to business industrial sales. Training will be provided to the right applicant, but similar exposure is a preference.

The position has a developed existing client base with a warm desk, however, you will be expected to be a go-getter to build on the current foundation and make this role your own! - there is no time like the present to get into the industry and your ability to earn great money is down to you!
The ideal candidate will be ready to start as soon as possible, and while you will be road-based a lot of the time, most of the recruitment will be undertaken from our Karaka office with a focus on development across our wider region.
