We are currently seeking Executive and Personal Assistants for upcoming assignments through to 2019. You must be available to start immediately and to work for a minimum of three months, with a valid right to work in New Zealand. General responsibilities include; diary and email management, meeting scheduling and coordination, travel and accommodation arrangements, minutes of meetings and event planning.
You’re the ideal candidate if you have;
- Proven experience providing support in an EA/PA capacity
- Confident communicator who has a strong relationship management focus
- Have a flexible and adaptable working style
- Confident to complete all tasks required to a very high standard
- Ability to anticipate needs and be one step ahead
