You've got everything you need to build solid and sustainable growth through building trusted relationships and partnerships. Whether with regulatory agencies, the Board, media, or community organisations, our values and your rapport building skills will set you up for success.

The nuts and bolts

Ideally, you will have strong hands on operational skills, running processes in a fast-paced environment.  You will enjoy building strategy, culture and brand, to achieve the well-defined ambitions of our industry. Our values include excellence and commitment so proactive leadership is key.

Our goal is to find a hands-on manager (administrator) with experience in:
- A member-based organisation
- Management of an association would be helpful.
- Exposure or a qualification in Trades would be an advantage.
- Strong experience in board co-ordination and minute taking is a must!

We'd love to know! We want to hear your successes, your goals and see if we'd be a good fit for your future.

The role can either be Wellington based, Auckland based (or in a city with a domestic airport) as it includes some domestic travel. There is an outstanding administrator to support you, and a Chair willing to put time into the transition phase - while you operate from the comfort of the Wellington office or your home location.
