Are you an Executive Administrator looking for a role in the heart of Auckland City? We are currently seeking an experienced EA with a start date of April.

    • Schedule appointments for the Company Secretary
    • Use of Diligent board meetings site  
    • Document and financial management
    • Circulate monthly/ad hoc updates to Board and Committee membersWho we are looking for:
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
      • Proactive, with a positive outlook, strong initiative, common sense and good judgment
      • Self-motivated and able to work independently but also enjoys working as part of a small team
      • Able to work under pressure
      • Strong administrative skills with good attention to detail
