* NZ Class 2 Driving Licence

* NZ Wheels, Tracks and Rollers endorsements

* A least 2 years verifiable experience in civil construction

* Solid trade references

* Fit, Healthy and Drug-Free

Other skills which could be an advantage (allow higher rates and secure employment) -:

* Grader operation experience

* Experience leading civil teams
