Our Morrinsville-based Engineering client has an exciting career progression opportunity to lead a team of Project Engineers through end-to-end manufacturing engineering. They are involved in a variety of both residential and commercial projects based around the Waikato region.

The Team Leader will be responsible for job design concepts, estimation of these, shop manufacturing drawings, project management and full budgetary responsibility.

  To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in Manufacturing Engineering (at least 5-6 years)
  • Proven experience with estimation, job design concept, shop manufacturing drawings, project management
  • Proven experience working in a team on large projects
  • Own transport to and from work in Morrinsville
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and work ethic
