We are in need of an energetic superstar to join the front-line team with our client. This is a busy role with a lot of client interaction, and you will need to be warm, friendly, bubbly and customer centric! We are looking for an energetic leads generator!

Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Identify and develop new sales collateral
* Create opportunities for new lead generation
* Up-selling of all courses, public and/on-site
* Cold Calling
* Customer queries

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes/experience:
* Ideally 2-3 years’ experience in Sales/Customer service
* Ideally experience in B2B sales
* Understanding of lead generation channels and target markets
* Ability to think on your feet and exercise judgement in problem solving
* Experience with and willing to do, cold calling and sales
* Innovative, willing to question the status quo
* Adaptable
* Great English - spoken and written
* Great customer, sales, relationship and interpersonal skills
* Excellent team player
* Outgoing and competent in customer service delivery
* Good administration skills

You will be the first point of contact for client phone enquiries and web site enquiries. You will need to provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationships. You will handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via phone/email/website in a timely and accurate manner.
This is an entry level role with salary offers between $40K and $50K pa, but growth within the company is encouraged.
