About the role:

The Technical Business Analyst will be client facing supporting Dynamics 365 upgrades and implementations on client sites.  You will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.

• Dynamics 365
• Gap Analysis
• Process Mapping
• System Analysis
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC
• Managing Stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills essential
