Job description

  • $50k - $55k

  • Supervisory position

This role would suit someone who has at least two years’ experience in a supervisory role coupled with strong relationship building skills. You will be dealing with a number of different personalities so the ability to adjust your communication skills accordingly is a must.  

The hours are generally Monday – Friday but there may be the occasion where you are needed during the weekend. 

The successful candidate will:  

  • Have experience within a similar role/environment
  • Have experience approving timesheets and has ideally worked on a waged salary payroll system before
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff
  • Manage and mitigate complaints
  • Have a good sense of humour
  • Have a full NZ drivers’ licence (class 1)
  • Be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Follow Health & Safety process and procedure
