Are you an experienced drainlayer looking for work? Our client is seeking individuals who have previous experience within the drainage industry to work on drainage projects around Christchurch.

You will be required to do drains work, laying and cutting pipe, some sump work and general labouring duties. You will need to be happy to work around machinery, inside a trench, use shovels, plate compactors and in dirty & wet conditions.

This role is Monday - Friday (up to 50hrs per week) and you may be required to work night shift.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be able to read plans
• Work to heights and levels
• Calculate fall

    Job Requirements:

    • Class 1 drivers licence - ideally manual
    • WTR and Confined Spaces are advantageous
    • Proven track record with two references
    • Pass a pre-employment drug test
