Currently seeking a dogman or rigger to assist with operations on the construction of this infrastructure project based the Auckland CBD. This major water front project offers roles based either land side or potentially marine depending on experience.

• Candidate should have proven experience and an operational knowledge of:
• Hazards and controls related to lifts and lift planning
• Understanding of slinging loads and working load limit tables.
• Safely communicating lift operations

  NZ qualifications are mandatory however those with over seas experience who are willing to become NZ qualified are also considered. Unfortunately due to the time constraints of this project, only minimal training can be provided.
  
  The successful candidates should have:

  • Appropriate certification with a minimum of Unit standard 30072
  • Fluent and audible communication skills
  • Sound understanding of health and safety
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

    Hours of work will be Monday to Friday with optional over time on a Saturday with hours varying between 06.00 am- 18.00pm.
