Job description

Our Client deliver technical and engineering services covering mechanical, electrical, energy, fire, hydraulics, plumbing and refrigeration solutions and they are in need of a Superstar Document Controller.

You will be required to ensure the effective running of projects by providing a wide range of administrative support functions including document control, database management, preparing claims, report writing and project administration. You will need to ensure administration functions are carried out to a consistently high level of service.

The ideal candidate will have skills/experience in:
* Contract Administration
* Utilities Data Management
* Office Administration
* Document Control
* Report Writing
* Experience using MS Office and databases
* Advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
* Experience using multiple financial systems
* Experience with accurate data entry and admin support
* Project Coordination
* Customer service

You will also be Methodical and accurate with careful attention to detail and Excellent communication and people skills.
