Job description

We are looking for a dispatch assistant to start ASAP working with an NZ owned design and manufacturing company based in East Tamaki.

Your day to day tasks will include

  • Preparing paperwork and labelling stock for delivery
  • Tracking of orders and related customer service
  • Updating reports and tracking sheets
  • Assist with picking and packaging orders
  • Helping with collections and deliveries of stock

    The ideal applicant will have a

    • Warehousing and/or dispatch background
    • High level of computer skills and ability to pick up new systems
    • Full drivers licence and ability to drive safely in Auckland
    • High attention to detail
    • Good work ethic
    • Relaxed personality - able to work in a team and handle a busy environment
    • High regard for Health & Safety
    • Ability to return satisfactory police check and drug test
